About the Role

As an Investment Operations Assistant, you will be embedded within the operations function, gaining direct exposure to how investment processes are managed, monitored, and executed.

You will shadow senior professionals daily and develop practical knowledge of trade processing, compliance controls, client servicing, and regulatory standards.

This role includes a structured two-year training programme, designed to build a strong foundation in investment operations and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow senior investment and operations professionals
• Gain exposure to real-time investment decision-making processes
• Assist in trade lifecycle and operational workflows
• Support client onboarding, reporting, and documentation
• Participate in client interactions alongside senior staff
• Assist with AML, KYC, and compliance processes
• Maintain accurate operational and regulatory records

Training & Development

• Structured two-year induction and training programme
